I love this episode - the whole arc with Cristina is especially funny and sad, and so is the stuff with Bailey and her long-time patient. It's just really good character work all around. And I think that scene where Cristina can't stop crying is one of the best. I hate to laugh because she's clearly in so much emotional pain that's been bottled up for a long time (probably since she first found out she was pregnant), but at the same time Sandra Oh plays it so perfectly and hilariously, from telling Meredith that she's going to kill her mother (so Meredith kicks Cristina's mom right out of the room) to George saying to her "Cristina? Would you like some water?" like she's completely lost it, to her big declaration of "SOMEONE SEDATE MEEEE!" I both wanted to laugh hysterically and give her a huge hug at the same time. :) And Burke coming in and recognizing when she needed him... that was definitely a surprising moment of interesting layers as well. She just looked so heartbroken looking up at him, it made me teary too. Again... definitely wanted to give her a hug. Even though she says she doesn't want one. ;)
