Hoo boy! I forgot how good this episode is! I mean, that wedding is amazing! And the things that Kurt had to deal with during this time. Karovsky (no idea if I'm spelling that correctly), the wedding, transferring to Dalton, oof, what a whirlwind of events! And props to Sue for having Kurt's back! Karovsky's dad was very understanding too. I gotta say, it's not surprising how Sue ended up with a mom like that! Plus, she's a better principal than Figgins ever was. I vaguely remember some of the stuff that happens after this, but it's just bits and pieces. I can't wait to see you react to more Glee!

Yeah as someone who was a teacher for a brief spell, I can attest that back in the day, we had to directly witness an assault to get anything even started, and it was an uphill battle even witnessing it. Now what isn't brought up much (though it is mentioned in this episode), while there is only a handful of teachers in a school, and many schools only have so many teachers during breaks and meal period roam the various halls so its usually pretty easy to watch and make sure no teacher is present, not a single student, even Kurt's friends officially complained. Even that would help get the ball rolling, though usually the punishment was (unless excessively violent) initial a warning, then detention, then suspension, and that occurred to various levels and eventually if no progress was ever made expulsion. Now there were exceptions, things like a serious assault would go straight to suspension. And fight with a weapon, would be anything from suspension usually a fairly good sized one, to expulsion with police called if a weapon like a knife or gun. Thankfully that never happened when I was working. Any assault with a broken bone would get the police involved. But for many schools back in the day its all about keeping everything appear to the public as one big happy school.

This is one of the top glee episodes in my opinion

Amazing episode, to be sure. Yes, Travis, the song "Ohio" was from the 1953 musical "Wonderful Town", of course with modified lyrics for the situation. Oddly, I had the same affliction as you and David during this.

this episode is soooo good omg. I remember being 11 and watching this episode when it aired and bawling my eyes out when Kurt announced he was transferring. it is really wild to think that this show back in 2010 was so groundbreaking with some of the storylines it had for queer characters

OMG I love this episode. So many emotions. Finn and how he is with Kurt at the wedding is so heartwarming. The whole wedding part is beautiful. From the dance down the aisle to the vows they give during the actual ceremony. I was like you and cried the whole time... but a good cry.

If travis is still doing the 3 episode boosts my idea was to boost 2x14, 2x15, and 2x16 for one day as that seems like a pretty solid 3 episode watch party for all of us

Finn's performance of Just the Way You Are has got to be one of my favorite performances from him besides Jesse's Girl. Absolutely one of my favorite Finn moments.
