I grew up with this movie and I ate the romance right up, lol. Yeah, Kevin Costner not having a accent was talked about a lot and I can't remember why he didn't have it but for me it didn't take away from the movie, Christian Slater didn't have one either really. I rather him not do one at all then do a really bad one. And that was a butt double for that waterfall scene, again it was very risque at the time, everyone was talking about it and yet now it's no big deal, you hardly even see anything, lol. Morgan Freeman is so cool in this and his character is so underrated, I love that he never seems bothered by the whispers being said about him and just goes with the flow. I love the moment when Friar Tuck learns how wrong he was and he owns up to it. This was the movie that introduced me to Christian Slater and I've been a fan ever since and yes he is really Robin's brother. If you re-watch and notice when he and John are dueling at the river, he says his name and it pans to Will who gives a look and he's right away bitter towards him but I love that they become real brothers in the end, I just wish there was more scenes of them. And man I miss the days when they would include the soundtrack from the movie to match the big credits song, it doesn't really happen anymore. This one does have a great one too, I love the loud trumpets, it sounds so epic! And I swear I thought the witch was Maggie Smith, have thought this for a long time until now when the credits came on! It looks and sounds just like her but I looked up the actress and I haven't seen any of her other work! Another movie that always reminds me of this that I recommend checking out is Disney's The Three Musketeers! It is so much fun, with great action and comedy.

One of my favorite Kevin Costner movies I think is amazing in it and you're right that is an amazing cast. I love that John Connery comes in at the end and is the king would you like it

Completely forgot that Sean Connery was the king in this movie. Alan Rickman was so underrated! Gruber, Snape, and the Sheriff of Nottingham (he was also really good in Love, Actually). He really did give his all in every role!

OMG T I just looked this up I've seen this movie 10 times and never recognized this. The actress that played Marion she is the same actress that played Tony's siste Gina in the movie Scarface. Also Duncan thw Lind servant is the sane actor who was in the movie Ever After A Cinderella Story w drew barrmoye. He was the servant she saved from being taken to the americas . Great reaction as alway. ❤️🙂
