Q1 2020 - Mod Quarterly Updates (Patreon)

This Quarter, we will only be able to release the new mod Mortem and an update for Bills. However, we are also going to push for an Update on Organic and a new mod called SNB - Financial Center (Bank Venue). Those two will not be released to everyone at the end of this Quarter but will remain on Patreon due to the timing of the release. I will link Organic and SNB-FC in Q2's Updates post but you should see those earlier hopefully. 

A new mod project that will introduce the realities of death to the game in a way the Sims has never touched on because it is not a positive experience. However, without this experience, this Sims itself lacks the true depth of a life simulated.

With this update, we plan on tackling the Tiny Living Pack and mods that adjust bill amounts; this includes MCCC and its Child Support system. We are also looking into bringing back rent that was removed when we took away Property Taxes for apartments. There was also a request for free Utility Lot Traits to be added, where you can set a Lot up to have Free Water or Free Electricity. Finally, with this update, we plan on connecting Bills to SNB with the ability to pay Property Taxes and possibly adding some consequences of not paying to the Household and SNB accounts.
