Okay so hopefully you've noticed I put a LOT more effort into the shading this time! Up until now I've kinda half-assed drawing shiny stuff bcuz the usual "blobby" style looks decent enough and gets the job BUT

it just sorta made my work look undynamic and basic 

so THIS time i actually used -gasp- real life reference! and what ive learned is that i know absolutely nothing about how light is supposed to interact with shiny clothing 

the reference didnt match the perspective i wanted so i sort of just used it to help inform educated guesses about how the light should behave but i'm pretty content with the results - for NOW. note to self- must practice latex more
