Hello darlings!

Little longer post this morning as I think about Martin Luther King Jr. and civil rights and things. I sort of go off on a few little tangents in my mind, but I hope that you have a good day, and think of how far we've come from the not so long ago past.

I love to think about how things are pretty fucking good right now, but how much better they could be still. I know that as a woman this is kind of the best time in history, thus far (mostly), to be a woman. I think about civil rights a lot and how I can fit into helping make the future a better place.

The past is not so long ago. I just want people to all be good to each other. My dream is a giant cuddle puddle where people are heard, cared for, and treat each other right. Anyways...if you don't have anything nice to say, just scroll on by. Thank you 😘

Love,

Smutty 💖

To grow up with people from different cultures is unqiue, which is kind of cool to hear! can only imagine how fun it was to explore different foods! It's cool that you are speaking of this. Anti-racist is the only way to go tbh, this is an overall positive message! Love conquers all. Have a good day! :-)

I think there is far less "racism" and "hate" in the world today than some people (one political party) wants us to believe, in fact they use "race" as a tool to try to divide us and create hate where there is none (to get a certain groups vote). That is a bigger worry to me. Most people...white, black, yellow, red....are good hearted kind people. But still we all must strive to be more kind to each other, irregardless of "race". It feels weird even typing this, because "race" is the last thing I see or judge someone by. But I felt compelled to comment. Lets all listen to Elvis Presley "If I Can Dream" today. What a beautiful song for today.

Thank you for the message on diversity. Speaking as a white man that is not off on MLK day (Yay 😑!), I like MLK's message and demonstration of the power of peaceful protest and opposing unethical politics and societal standards. To be honest, it seemed contradictory to "anti racism" to say one specific group should be cool and one specific group be aware 🤔. I'll be cool and aware 😎. We never know what people are dealing with, ever. Assume positive intent while we get to explore this amazing world and all it's humans. Kindness and curiosity are huge and will unlock so many opportunities. I'm thankful to be part of a family that also has had many influences from other cultures including Cambodia, Korea, Middle East, Argentina, Ecuador, Germany, Cherokee, Navajo, England and Denmark to compliment our American heritage. I love being part of this kinky loving group ❤️‍🔥

Sorry Smutty, love you, but in re-listening to todays audio (as I do with your audios 🔊❤️) you said "if you see someone white being shitty call them out on it"??? ...isn't assuming only white people can be racist "racist" itself?? 🤔 It might be a good day to remind people it was 300,000 Union Army "white" guys who died to end slavery, in a war of division that was started by one of our current political parties, that was founded in 1828 to defend slavey (I could elaborate much more on this "party"...but won't here). Lets all remember history and keep it real 😉

Lol...my experience in life has largely been with dealing with white people being shitty. You're right, no one should be shitty to anyone based on skin color.

My morning rambles can be just that...sort of rambling. I did say if one were to see white people being shitty to speak up, but I'm speaking as a white woman who has been around white people being shitty, so I probably was drawing from personal xp. I think all groups should be cool and aware 😆 You stay cool too 😉💖

Good morning 💖 I love how positive you always are ❤️ it’s a nice change from all the hate around, everywhere. As a trans woman it’s hard to not feel a lot of hate nowadays.. But I do always try to be kind. I personally think minorities deserve to feel hate, bc well, things are shitty sometimes, but it’s still different to feel that hate and to direct it toward someone. People deserve a chance to be better. Sadly, not everyone takes that, but I do think more people do than it sometimes seems. Racism is always an interesting subject, as someone who’s followed a lot of the discussion in America from the outside. That said, I think everyone should be aware. We have way more racism over here too than many would like to think. And anyways, there are *always* people whose experiences you don’t personally understand, and you should be aware of that. The more privilege you have, the more aware you should try to be. Because the burden of driving change should not be solely placed on the ones being brought down, they already have to put that energy into making it in life, past those boundaries. Anyway.. I’m just glad you’re keeping this place safe and accommodating 💖 it feels good. Hope you have a lovely day ❤️

Okay...you wrote that you "personally think minorities deserve to feel hate," I think that was a mistype? 🤭 😂 Or maybe I'm not understanding what you mean 🤨🧐

A bit of a bad wording yes 😅 what I meant was, minorities should be allowed to be sad and mad about how the world is, to feel hate towards how things are.

Alex

I think there is more racism and hate in the world than you believe. Fuck racism.
