Here is a lovely commissioned audio I've been working on for awhile. It's pretty wholesome, and I did a bit of work learning about how positive affirmations work, and how they can be very effective as long as you're in the right mind-state. 

I think I feel better after working on this audio, just by listening to the positives over and over again!
