I think I forgot to post this one! I'm actually really happy with this piece and it was part of my violence kick a few weeks ago. I'm writing this post on Sunday so... maybe I'll be into drawing more violent things again this week.

I think I've mentioned I'm a big fan of Chainsaw Man. But the past few months of the comic, it has actually shown a remarkable amount of restraint. The story feels like it's entering it's final act. And yet, for a comic that started with a guy that grew a Chainsaw from his face and tore apart a horde of Yakuza zombies. It's most climactic chapter so far was done with an incredibly somber level of restraint. There was no JOY to be had in what happened.

And violence in fiction can be a lot of fun! Chainsaw man normally loves that, as it makes its story into a bloody heavy metal album. The latest battle though... left a lot of people reeling in a different way.

Zackary D'Antonio

Does he have chainsaws on his feet too🧐? Does he have retractable chainsaws similarly to that of Wolverine🧐? Can your next sketch be one of Wolverine and Chainsaw-man battling it out in a gory mess 😱? No wait...Wolverine, Chainsaw-man, and Pickle Rick F-ing each other up 🤯!!! That’d be awesome 😎!!!

Silence

They come out of his arms and legs as well as his face!
