Yeah, I think this is definitely Pretty Julie Technomancer as a slightly older hipster rather than another drawing of Chef Girl. Chef Girl's hair is much choppier while Julie tends towards long. It is kinda Chef Girl's hat though...

It's actually a rather old sketch so you can find a high res of this in the May 2017 folder of the drop box.

Full disclosure, this actually reminds me of a MUCH older drawing I tried to do. Same boots, same style, same laying back. It isn't that unique of a pose to be sure. But it strikes me a lot like this old drawing I did many many years ago... If I can find it, I'll share it in the post queue.
