Avatar (2009) FULL Reaction (Patreon)

I've heard quite a few people trash on this movie, so I went in just hoping it would be ok... but I was blown away!  Is it the most complex story/ character piece?  Nope.  But from start to finish, the visuals are SO impressive, and the design, along with the effects, create a world that is not only arresting with its colors and creatures, but is so well-realized that I can't think of something that even comes close save maybe Lord of the Rings.  And I actually liked the straight-forward aspect of the narrative, because it made for an easy watch where I could sit back and drink in the world of Pandora.  People might feel differently, but in my book James Cameron delivered yet another creative homerun!  Recommend watching on a HUGE screen :)
