Ok, a minute and a half in identified as the Final Cut. I’ll dig out my copy and give this a look.

Finally found my copy and watched this with you. I wish you hadn't seen the sequel first. You seemed so distracted by your preconceptions that you missed important details and were left totally confused. Understand that whether or not Decker is a replicant is not important and was not even a thing in the theatrical release of this film. It wasn't even hinted at until the first director's cut.
