Took me 2 years. I never thought I would watch this show, until now. (I'm looking at which of the old reactions I haven't seen yet) So far, so good!

I was just debating on whether or not I wanted to start watching this when you posted your reaction! This was definitely an intriguing and intense pilot, I'm excited to see where it goes considering all of the possible outcomes this kind of situation could bring. Also, your commentary is very thought provoking and I appreciate that. It's nice to see things from different perspectives. If you decide to continue this to the end, I will absolutely continue it with you!

Hey Nick, are you watching this with the dub or with eng subtitles? I personally prefer the original (in Korean)...the humour translates far better in my opinion. I'm half way through and I'm really loving the show so far. It really reminds me of the Korean dramas I used to be obsessed with. In fact Gong Yoo (the salesman) was in a really popular kdrama "Coffee Prince" so it was cool to see him here....Anyway the humour and the character building is very familiar to me so I'd like to continue with it. Problem is I'm not sure I have time to take on a new show hahaha...but I do like it and the concept is intriguing. I'm glad you're enjoying it too :) - EDIT: Just finished...wow it got dark! But I'm excited because Korean shows are the best at twists and cliff hangers. I'm not a fan of violence but I like the creepy tone in this. Amazing editing in that final sequence and the contrast between the song and the carnage as well. I look forward to episode 2.

Right now, I don't know what I'll think of the show as a whole, but so far I know that it's exciting and full of characters that interest me, which is certainly a strong start. I am watching it with subtitles (I tend to avoid dubs whenever possible). And I feel you on not having enough time to watch everything you want. And while I can't say I'm not a fan of violence (big Tarantino fan), I do like there to be a reason behind the violence (story, message, purpose), and so far I feel like this show is very intentional with the gore that is portrayed.

"What kind of mask are those?" - The ones that will make huge cash on Aliexpress, especially around Halloween. "Eliminated?" - Yes, that was the thing that got me really uncomfortable, too. Guess "exterminate" from Daleks teaches something lol. "Stop moving!!' - yep, if only they listened from the start and followed the rules = = I actually really like the way this show illustrates "People can be really shit, but also people are the ones who can save you at the end of the day".
