The widescreen transfers of this series have issues. At the time this series was broadcast everyone had the old style TVs with a 4:3 aspect ratio and every scene was shot that way. The widescreen transfers cut off parts of the image and or show things you were never supposed to see like light stands and microphones and other stuff that will distract. The original 4:3 versions are available. You can still buy them on DVD, but there may also be streaming or download sources. Welcome 👍

I think her amazing insults were just too funny not to like, and you're right, credit to the talent of Charisma Carpenter! Not easy to be that funny/ appealing, especially when playing a selfish character

Really enjoying these reactions! 😇 My favourite parts were… The Holy water in a squirt gun - such a good idea! haha Buffy with her mother - “just agree to that and jump out the window” - I don’t know why, but I laughed out loud cause that sounded like you were speaking from personal experience 😂😂 Also, I’m so glad you’re warming up to Cordelia. She can say some mean things but I just find her brutal honesty hilarious. Plus I think it’s probably the hardest role because it’s not easy to play a “mean girl” and still come across somewhat likeable. I also find it interesting how people react to Xander struggling to stake Jesse. I think it’s realistic that Xander had a hard time with that. Jesse was his best friend and even if logically he knows that he’s gone…the face looks the same/ holds some of his personality. If this happened in real life, I think I’d have a hard time disassociating as well. But anyway, so glad you’re having fun! :)
