I really love the build up in this episode. I can't believe they killed Darla so early in Buffy, because bringing back in Angel is the best things in the show. I agree that it looks like Darla got "softened" and it's very interesting watch her evolution and change into this more "motherly" character. It's so sweet watch how Angel looks more and more excited and hopeful when they talk about having a "son". He looks so happy! It's a new angle about his character too. Great reaction, as always. I was as surprised as you were with the sudden end of the episode. I watched the show when it aired a thousand years ago, and then I rewatched 5 years ago, so I don't remember all the twist and cliffhanger. It's nice to be surprised now and then. Thanks for share this and have a great day. :))

Gung Ho

This was the part of season 3 that really got me hooked on the show. I had seen spoilers here and there. Had seen a few random episodes. But after this and the next episode, I finally decided to go to episode 1 and watch it properly in order. And I hadn't even seen all of Buffy at that time.
