This week at TimeGhost we're all settling into our Christmas, New Year, Winter, or whatever have you slippers and headed home to our families. The shooting session that just passed was extremely tight as we all had flights to catch, and some days Indy filmed literally tens of thousands of words worth of scripts in a single recording session. After a lot of hard work, we're all looking forward to our break, and imagine a lot of you are also experiencing the same type of schedule. We hope that our videos can help keep you entertained when you need a break from Uncle Heinz, Auntie Fatima, Deda Vladimir, or Grandma Kim, or whatever the names of your loved ones might be while you're off to your winter time to family retreat.

173- Guadalcanal Life Expectancy: 30 Days- WW2 - December 18, 1942

Just a few weeks ago massive offensives were launched in North Africa and the Soviet Union, against the Axis. These operations and offensives have now morphed into fully fledged campaigns, and the nature of these theatres of the war has been transformed. I think of the Christmas season fun the 6th Armmie had in and around Stalingrad 80 years ago, and count my blessings even more. Most chose the 'fun and exciting adventure' they'd be embarking on just a year and a half before. I cannot imaging the profound regrets they had this week in history.

The life expectancy reminds me of Blackadder who tried to join the women’s auxiliarie balloon 🎈 corps but ends up in the twenty -minuters 🧐

Any chance of seeing an episode on the supply issues and such between the US Army and the USMC? I ask because the USMC wasn't always getting the best of best at this point in time.
