As the war proceeds we will first of all need more uploads - which thank's to you all we will eventually get to ;-) - as for maps we are in contact with Eastory, but our prime problem is getting a usable and detailed set of background maps, as long we haven't solved that animations are the second priority. We're looking into multiple solutions from having maps made to finding a way to use the old military 1:100,000 and 1:25,000 maps (the preferred solution). We haven't found an easy online access to that yet, and until now time was lacking to focus on getting them offline to scan in some way.

I really hope there will be a special about the first shots of the war by the german navy against the Westerplatte.

Indy, have you considered mounting an old style radio microphone on your desk. Along with the telephones and maps it would add to the flavor like the regular radio news shows of the time. i think it would be a great touch. keep up the great work!
