Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits. Not just because I love the taste, but as a Registered Dietitian, I love the health benefits that they provide. Packed with vitamins and antioxidants, these little guys are a great addition to any diet :)

This blueberry crumble is a quick and tasty addition to Greek yogurt, ice cream, or just by itself!

Are these bonus posts something that you value here on my Patreon? I know that my meal prep recipes are always protein focused, but would you all like to see more bonus snacks and desserts that don’t really stress protein?

Of course I will still provide high protein snacks and dessert options as well. But I think sometimes it's nice to just have something that isn't high protein.
