Back with another sample meal plan to help demonstrate how you can structure your week!
For anybody new to my Patreon, these sample meal plans are not meant to be followed too rigidly. They are samples. Simply examples that show how my recipes can be incorporated into a week of eating, while still enjoying some snacks and desserts.
Anything that you see that doesn't list measurements, it is referring to a serving size on the label. So for example, "Fairlife FF Milk" would be 1 cup (or 8 oz) of the Fairlfe Fat Free Milk. Things like the banana may give different calorie amounts in tracking apps like MyFitnessPal. Typically we use medium fruits as a serving size.
But as you can see, 1,700 calories a day still allows you to enjoy things like chips and meals at restaurants, without going overboard.

Remember, we do these monthly with different calorie ranges. So if this calorie goal is too high or too low, keep an eye out for future meal plans. And don't be afraid to use these and tweak them. If you know you need 1,900 calories, you can still use this and simply add a small snack each day.
