Back with another sample meal plan to help demonstrate how you can structure your week!

For anybody new to my Patreon, these sample meal plans are not meant to be followed too rigidly. They are samples. Simply examples that show how my recipes can be incorporated into a week of eating, while still enjoying some snacks and desserts.

Anything that you see that doesn't list measurements, it is referring to a serving size on the label. So for example, "Fairlife FF Milk" would be 1 cup (or 8 oz) of the Fairlfe Fat Free Milk. Things like the banana may give different calorie amounts in tracking apps like MyFitnessPal. Typically we use medium fruits as a serving size.

But as you can see, 1,700 calories a day still allows you to enjoy things like chips and meals at restaurants, without going overboard.

I hope this sample meal plan is helpful to some of you!

Remember, we do these monthly with different calorie ranges. So if this calorie goal is too high or too low, keep an eye out for future meal plans. And don't be afraid to use these and tweak them. If you know you need 1,900 calories, you can still use this and simply add a small snack each day.

Should my carbs be more than my protein? I’ve been meal prepping once a week using all the dinners that you post (which are delicious btw) but I usually don’t eat breakfast and just have an ice coffee with cream and caramel.. I know probably not the best.. it’s the one thing that’s so hard for me to give up… and lunch I’ll kind of just throw something together or not have anything at all😬 and I’m bad with water I need to drink more.. I just hate it

They are all here on patreon. If you click on Zachs name and then the search bar, you can type the recipe in.

Yes! Your carbs should be more than your protein. This will vary depending on individual goals but typically yes. :)

New here is there a 1200 meal plan? The calculator put me at 1124
