This bento box is pretty low calorie. So it could be used as a meal for those of you on a lower calorie budget, or as a snack for those of you looking for snack ideas. Obviously you can swap out the veggies for others if you prefer. And there are lots of different hummus options nowadays. My favorite is the roasted garlic!

What could you swap the Hummus for? I don't like Hummus.

Any dip you like. Greek yogurt mixed with a ranch seasoning pack or buffalo sauce is really good and makes a great high protein dip
