Ugh, I'm so happy I was finally able to make this. I have received probably over 100 requests for a lasagna recipe across my social media platforms. Hopefully some of those people are here on Patreon to finally see it!

Please be aware that this is one of the few recipes that is not for 6 serving. The calories were a little high and the portions would have been huge for 6 servings, so I bumped it up to 8. This makes it a great option for a large family dinner! Goes great with a side salad and a slice of garlic Texas toast :)

Also, please watch the video with my thoughts on how to layer the lasagna. Spoiler alert, I did 3 noodles each layer but probably should have done 4 lol. Luckily it doesn't change the taste of the lasagna and it's delicious no matter how you layer it!

I made this last week but the calories much higher than what is posted. Anyone have any clue as to why? Anyone else get a different number?

How can u calculate the calories? I’m new on this meal prep thing.

I use an app. You can use my fitness pal or Lose It. There are other apps as well

Maybe different brands? Or if you are scanning barcodes, something in the app is not correct? Or if you making all your own entries, one may be incorrect?

This was really good and the portion sizes were great size. I didn't personally care for the thyme flavor as it was too strong so if I made again I'd probably just leave that out....I also subbed cottage cheese for the ricotta and it subbed perfectly!

My second favorite food!

I made this tonight but I accidentally bought no-boil lasagna noodles. Added 1.25 C of water to the sauce, followed the recipe directions, and it turned out perfectly. Thank you 🙃

If I cook this as a meal prep for a week would it become runny by day 3 or 4?

This was AMAZING! Hubby loved it too!

In most of your recipes you don't mention draining the meat after cooking it. I assume that is just a given but thought I should ask.

Tried this out on Sunday and loved it. I used oven ready noodles to cut down time and fat free cheese. Ended up with 9 servings thank you!
