A few notes with this bento box.....

- If you can't find Greek cream cheese, using the 1/3 fat cream cheese is fine. It's just 10 more calories per serving.

- For those of you that don't like cream cheese, you can put whatever you like on your celery. Some peanut butter, PB fit, or even Nutella is fine. As long as you account for the calories in your tracking.

- In the picture, we put some everything bagel seasoning on the cream cheese (which tastes amazing). If you do this, it does contain about 5 calories per tsp. Not a really significant amount of calories, but if you track meticulously, be sure to account for that.

Is it ok to add something to the yogurt? Like a little honey or fruit? I’m not a big fan of Greek yogurt by itself lol.

You can always add to these boxes, just make sure to account for the calories you’re adding if you are tracking calories :)
