Where do you find protein English Muffins?

Anonymous

Love protein English muffins I have that for my preworkout with peanut butter.

zachcoen

What about mashing them up into an egg salad with a little mayo and mustard? Or do you just not like the taste of boiled eggs at all?

Anonymous

I don’t like the texture of egg whites. They don’t bother me in the turkey salad recipe you have on here. Just egg whites on their own. So maybe I can substitute with the turkey salad. Thanks!

Richard

any suggestions for a substitute to spread on the english muffins instead of peanut butter

HeyHeyJK

Might try Ezekiel sprouted cinnamon raisin muffins if I can't find the Thomas brand, and maybe add another egg and adjust the calories accordingly? Or even maybe some hemp seeds on the peanut butter. Decisions, decisions.

Hi Zach, I love your recipes and have followed you for a while :) would you ever be willing to do recipes that have around 2-4 servings? For dinners? I find it hard to only make half of some of your recipes but I love them and think they are great for weight loss!

zachcoen

Hi Carrie. I keep the 6 servings for consistency. The easiest way to adjust is to just cut the ingredients down by your desired percentage. But keep in mind, all of my recipes can easily be frozen for future use. They will keep in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Because of my slight intolerance to certain dairy foods I can not do Greek yogurt. Could I replace a low-fat regular yogurt?
