I have spoken with many members that have a calorie range that falls around 1,800, so hopefully this is helpful to a lot of you!

Remember, these meal plans are samples. They are not meant to be followed so rigidly that you deprive yourself. They are simply meant to give you an idea of how you can utilize my meal prep recipes Monday through Saturday, and have a little bit of food freedom on Sunday. We threw the smoothie in for breakfast for those of you on the go! Throw everything in the blender, pour it in a shaker, and hit the road.

We'll be circling back around to previous calorie ranges soon. So if your calories are higher or lower than 1,800, just please be patient. More meal plans are on their way.

Usually I would remind everybody that these sample meal plans are Patreon exclusive, but this one will also be posted to the Facebook support group just to give non-members an idea of what these sample meal plans look like and what Patreon has to offer.

Love this!! This is right around my maintenance calories!!! After this cut hopefully I’ll get slightly above that after my reverse diet! Thank you for the meal plan inspo!
