This oatmeal recipe uses water, correct? If we use a type of milk (cow, almond, coconut, etc) just add in those macros?

I was asking myself the same question in my head. I am guessing water since he added protein powder. I think you wound just add the info from the milk into the equation.

Yes just water but you can make it with something else if you prefer.

On a different recipe for overnight oats, it's protein powder added to milk. Hope that helps.

In this case it's just water for the liquid. Some may prefer to make it with milk. Just be sure to account for those calories.
