I am taking a chance on this one and hoping there are some deviled egg lovers among us!

I was actually eating an egg salad sandwich recently and wondered how I could make egg salad into a filling meal. And so here we are. I did look online to see if this idea already existed and there seemed to be a couple of websites that had something similar. So unfortunately I can't say that I invented it :)

But regardless, this meal is very filling and as with most of my recipes, very adaptable. I'm sure there are some of you that have things that you really like/don't like in your deviled eggs. And so you can easily alter this recipe to make it fit your preference.
