Hello and welcome!

A while back, I reached out to my TikTok followers looking for guidance on how to focus more on content creation to help individuals on a journey to better health, while also making a living for me and my family. A lot of my followers recommended Patreon, so here we are.

Without amazing followers like you, here supporting me and my content, I would not be able to continue to do what I love to do. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.

I hope that the content here on Patreon each month helps you move closer and closer to your goals, no matter how big or small.

*Note about Patreon* Whether you are using the full Patreon website or the app, there is a convenient search bar to help you navigate the content. All you have to do is click my name on Patreon and you should see a search bar. Then you just type in what you are looking for. For example, my favorite meal prep is the Blackened Shrimp Pasta. So if you are craving shrimp, just search for shrimp, and it will pop up.

I also use a lot of different hashtags to make searching a little easier. The first hashtag to get you started after you join, is #exclusive. I have tagged all Patreon exclusive meal preps with this hashtag to make it easy to separate the Patreon exclusive content from the stuff also posted to TikTok. So this hashtag will only show the meal preps that are for Patreon members only. And as a Patreon member, I ask you to please not share these PDFs or ingredients with anybody outside of Patreon. I want to ensure that others are not getting free access to what you all are paying for.

#meal plan - I post a sample meal plan each month with a different calorie range
#bonus content - I tag all educational posts with this hashtag

Also, if you are not a member of my Facebook support group, I highly recommend joining. It's a great place to chat with others on a journey, but I also communicate a lot on there about the Patreon content and listen to feedback from members.
