This update introduces so many things that only by reading the Changelog you can have an idea of the work behind it.

Starting with a brand new interaction with Elisa when she's living with you, you will also experiment her story as she progresses through pregnancy and finally discovers who the baby's father is.

Three more medical exams a bit different from the others will also be included, bringing the total to 45!

A new introduction to the game is also playable with the option to generate a background for the doctor, thus changing his starting stats. Starting money has also been increased to balance the management part recently introduced in 0.0.16!

Those of you who will start a new game can also enjoy a chance to get Clara (patient #2) to a sex scene by playing her exam and asking her out at the park, the new available city area :)

Sex scenes with Elisa are also been updated, so is her interaction while she's living with you with many more conversations happening between her and The Doctor.

Bug fixes list is also quite huge, thanks to the help of those of you who send me bug reports. The game is much more stable than it was in 0.0.17. While I am truly sorry for those issues, quitting the game without telling me about the bugs and complaining about them nevertheless won't help game development and, if you liked the project, it's a real shame, isn't it?
