I know it will take time to build up a relationship in game and out of game to and so far the MC has seen his sister/cousin three times, one a week and 2 short visits and a share hotel room plus I hope later on your other version you can build up relationship points with each visits to win her heart and a good start was in the pool where you said your sorry how you treated her as a kid and to win over your niece and that is also a good way to improve your relationship with your sister. Plus I would like to do small things with her first like sending gifts to her and when she in town take her out to eat,to the movies,dancing at the club and the bar for drinks and that can work for any female the MC would like to date or just to make friends with them and I'm in September in 005 version and after you hired a new doctor your nurse seems to disappear when you go to work at the hospital to make more money and after you seen your last patient you don't see any other character or take their salaries out to but I do enjoy playing it so far and this is coming from a military veteran and the 3D effect are great to :D
