It's Peridot time!! I mentioned this in a previous episode but I'm an autistic woman and I see a lot of myself in Peridot. She has always read as an autistic coded character to me. There are actually 5 seasons of the original series, Hulu only has 4, not sure where to watch the 5th online though. There is a Movie that takes place after season 5, then Steven Universe Future after the movie.

the 5th season and the Movie and SU Future are all on HBO Max. I know Future is on Hulu but they definitely should watch it on HBO Max instead cuz not only are the episodes all out of order on Hulu (with the episodes not matching the episode names listed) there are also several missing. HBO Max doesn't have this issue so it would be much easier for them to stay on HBO Max once they reach season 5.

There's five seasons of the main series. The fifth season is not available on hulu you have to use hbo max.

If you're looking for more Rebecca Sugar, you've kind of already got it. Before Steven Universe, she was a storyboard artist for Adventure Time. You start to see some episodes she storyboards in season 2. There's a period where she worked on both shows simultaneously.

there is a show created by Rebecca Sugar's Husband called OK KO Lets Be Heroes that I highly recommend. Although she mainly contributes to the ending theme, you would be surprised by what appears in the show in a later season.

also rebecca sugar used to work on adventure time before steven, afterwards she kinda dipped off the face of the earth but her husband ian jones-quartey (writer on steven universe and 1/2 of infamous 2000s newgrounds duo nockFORCE) had a cn show called ok ko let's be heroes, ran for 3 seasons. matt burnett and ben levin (other writers on steven universe) also splintered off to create craig of the creek (4 seasons as of now, currently in cartoon network purgatory)

There are 5 seasons of Steven Universe, a Steven Universe movie, and then a single season of Steven Universe Future! As for Rebecca Sugar, you're already watching it! She worked on Adventure Time ^^ She isn't the creator of Adventure Time, but she worked on the crew and wrote most of the music.

Nobody knows what Rebecca is working on at the moment. She wanted to take a break after SU Future finished up for herself and also to give the characters a break. Ian Quartey has been posting vague stuff on Twitter lately and I suspect that something Steven Universe related might be in the works...

After Steven Universe Rebecca moved on to helping with Ian JQ (her partner's) show OK KO. It's pretty good and i think it has similar vibes to Steven Universe (although i prefer the latter.) I think it's worth the watch, it's definitely one of the most fun shows i've seen.

Stellar Gems being so alien in their mindsets is awesome, and so refreshing. Like, Crystal Gems can sorta function with humans, they saw our civilisation form and develop, but still just... dont grasp human things clearly, because they never cared to, their species is so different from ours and it comes out a lot ;p even society wise ;p
