I think I can finally say it now, Arcane is one of those shows that is even better on rewatch, when you can notice all of the small details, so definitely do that in your own time, it makes all of the scenes that much more impactful. Ekko vs Jinx is probably my favourite part of this entire series, if you notice how they regress to children, and they're doing the same game they used to do back then, completely without speaking a word, just from Ekko swinging his clock back and forth, Jinx intuitively knows, which proves they were best friends back in childhood. The saddest part of that whole sequence is that even after everything Ekko says to Vi, Ekko still hesitates. He sees Powder and doesn't want to hurt her. He used to have a crush on her back in childhood too, he says as much in his ingame voicelines: "I used to have a crush on her, until she started talking to the gun". And Jinx in a moment of clarity realizes she is on the wrong side of the conflict after Ekko hesitates, and decides to end herself with Ekko so maybe she can die as Powder. But of course the shimmer put a stop to that.
