Hi RJ! Yeah the patient murdered his father (his doctor) who was the previous hospital director. We hear some nurses and doctors talking about in maybe in ep 2 at the hospital lobby area when Yeo Jeong leaves early cuz it was his dad's death anniversary. And again in this episode when they show us his arrest on TV. The murderer has been sending those disturbing letters to our guy for a while now but this time since Yeo Jeong resigned and moved, his mail was forwarded to his mum instead. His mum was shocked to find that the fucker has been sending these letters to his son all this time and hence the reaction. And the patient that we saw Yeo Jeong imagine killing is the murderer. He will have a side storyline of his own exploring this so you'll learn more about it as you go! I was also shocked when they first showed his knife collection and then cut to that scene but this also goes well with the fact that he is a plastic surgeon so it's not totally a surprise that he has a whole knife collection right? TOTALLY NORMAL!!
