Half-Year Report 2022 (Patreon)

Hey there! Once again, we are going to make a half-year report.

The current work we have released so far this year is as follows:
-8 Hamtaro revamped episodes.
-7 Hi! Hamtaro Indonesian Dub episodes thanks to our anonymous translator.
-1 Beatcats MV.
-2 episodes of the first season of Jewelpet, in collaboration with Stardust Fansubs.

At a first glance, it seems that this half of the year we have not worked on a lot of stuff. However, as we hinted back in March, there are a lot of things that are done but not released. We want to be completely transparent so allow us to list them:
-Sugar Bunnies v2 is on Quality Check revision. We will be releasing it in a week or two top.
-Sugar Bunnies Chocolat is completely translated and timing is in process. We will be adding a lot of the additions from the first season's v2, so expect some releases soon too!
-Jewelpet's timing and translation is up to episode 27, and all of the raws have been improved, which means that releases will be faster.
-Hamtaro's revamps for May and June are already complete and on Quality Check before release.
-A secret project is half-way done and will be released soon! We know we just said we wanted to be completely transparent, but bear with us here.

This second half of the year is going to come with very exciting things. It is true that the main objective that fueled the team was completed last year by finishing Hamtaro and it make it looks like we're working slower, but we have learned so much and we have gain such momentum that it is impossible for us to stop now.

André spent a few months completely away from subbing as he was spending time with his fiancée, but he has caught up already on what was due and also made some more stuff. Kristo has been juggling some personal things that have kept him busier than usual and have slow down subs, and the rest of the team is busy with their lives too. But summer should allow us all to push some work ahead, hopefully.

We appreciate all your continuous support and we strive to make more releases very soon as to repay you for your support.

Finally, let's review the objectives for this second half of the year:
-Sub the remaining two seasons of Sugar Bunnies: Chocolat and Fleur.
-Sub the japanese version of Hamtaro Hi! episodes.
-Sub the Hiragana and Shape and Numbers Hamtaro specials as well as the train specials.
-Sub the original Jewelpet season, following up the collaboration with Stardust Fansubs.
-Sub the new Jewelpet Movie, "Attack Travel".
-Revamp 12 previously translated Hamtaro episodes, two monthly.
-Revamp the two remaining Hamtaro movies and OVAs.
-Study  the possibility of subbing other series related to the “kodomo” group,  candidates being: Mirmo Zibang, Maple Town, Tamagotchi, Calimero and  Valeriano, Master Hamsters, Kyoro, Cogimyun, Shizuku-chan.
-If a new Hamtaro series shows up, translate it in the shortest time possible as a full-fledged sub team would do.
-Try to create a “stream event” where we subtitle live.
-Promote Patreon and Ko-Fi more to increase our patrons.
-Create a specific website, outside of Ham-Ham Paradise, for Paradise Hamsubs.

Pretty much the same as last year, just updated the remaining revamps to do and included the Jewelpet short movie that released a bit ago and a new anime on the list of candidates for sub: Pururun Shizuku-chan. HHP's discord has recently introduced that anime to the team and it looks like something we would sub. To note, the main character voice actor is the same as Magical-kun!

There is a lot of stuff to do before year's end, so we will do our best to release as many as possible!
