Mark your calendar! Our next “Friday Afternoon Minimalist Zoom” (FAMZ) is scheduled for today, February 2, 2024, at 3 PM ET (watch the recording).

While we prefer you join us live so that you can participate in the conversation, we record each FAMZ session and make it available for subscribers who can’t watch live.

Everyone who attends will have the opportunity to interact face-to-face with Joshua, Ryan, and T.K., so bring your questions, comments, and tear-jerker decluttering stories (if you prefer not to interact, you can turn off your camera and watch silently).

See you soon!

I missed the zoom call today, but was on last month, and shared about clinging to my young granddaughter, who I was hopefully going to see on my trip to Texas. I so appreciated your insight, and I was reminded to not go in with expectations, which had always been my downfall in the past. On the drive to Texas I listened the the audio version of TK’s, Emotional Clutter. I cried & prayed, and made the decision to show up, be present, & not be tied to the outcome. I visualized myself letting go…completely. Also, I got a massage before meeting up with my son, daughter-in-law, and almost 3 yr old granddaughter, who doesn’t know me. We ended up having a lovely dinner together and I was able to interact with my granddaughter and she called me “LuLu”❣️ Because I changed my mindset and chose not to cling, we all left with the most positive encounter!! Thank you for helping me work through my barriers that clinging had created!

on GRATITUDE: when I feel a bit grumbly I ask myself "what is missing today?" starting with basic needs. sleep? air? food? energy? love? connection? but the best for me is to just look up in the sky and think about that quote by Professor Ed Witten for a moment. "the existence of our universe, the earth and us humans is extremely unlikely." so we all are living in a wonder being a wonder ourselves.
