I just listened to this one. Just joined Patreon yesterday. I can't tell you how much I FEEL THIS. I am a month "clean" now. I read Atomic Habits by James Clear and made one of my habits to not buy anything unless I need it (food, toilet paper etc). If I have clothes that fit, I wear them. I have been getting rid of excess purchases I have made in the past to help pay off my debt, and started saving money as well. One tip I did was instead of deleting Amazon (because I do have to use it for some things I buy) was to put stuff I wanted in my cart and then move it to save for later. It's weird how you go back and look at your save for later stuff, and think... why did I even want that to begin with?
