Thank you for this conversation. It helped to understand me and understand how to communicate to my partner. I would appreciate to have your perspective on the following, let's say "based on ego" I had a misunderstanding with a close friend and to "speed" the healing I have to "give" something that I'm not willing to. What are your healing thoughts on this? I'm willing to let go of the misunderstanding and negative emotions associated, however I set boundaries and I am aware I could've communicated them better

Thank you so much for sharing this, it helps me to reflect upon all the emotions I'm going through in this pandemic, from anger, anxiety, feeling of failure, overwhelm. And make space for my partner's (different) response. Understanding where we both come from is so important to keep the connection.
