I have identified with high stress and anxiety for such a long time. I like that « identified ». Makes you realize you can let go of it. Related to the feeling of the rug being swept from under your feet, i have been struggling with a very similar mindset, especially regarding work. Over the weekend, I would put all my focus on having a good week. I would have the « perfect » Monday, burning a lot of energy there... and then I « knew » that Tuesday would be a nightmare with everything falling apart and would be super frustrating. It’s only very recently that I have been starting to understand more. I deepened my understanding of being in the Now and today is today. I actually stopped comparing the days. Each one has nothing to do with the next or previous one. I was also bracing myself and was ready to react to these upcoming frustrating situations. I think i am starting to let go of these expectations and letting it flow with flexibility. This episode is helping a lot with continuing on this path. Thank you.

« How do we hold space for the scars on our heart. » I love this. I will definitely reflect on that.
