Why brain?

I’m trying to sleep and you do this instead:

~The blade craves what it cannot have~

It sung off key

A flash and visceral toll

it sank into me

Not where you chose it to go

But where it needed to be

Allowing you a measure

Of minuscule sweet victory

Allowing my hand

Through providence to throttle Thee

I may lose the arm

Or my body may finally nourish the tree

I am privileged to witness death whisk you away

That was mine alone to see

Knowing I stole all your days

Before I sank into eternity

~How watched it the unblinking eye~

We are all camgirls

In the age of the all seeing

We are all reality stars

In the 24 hour algorithmic

We are pop stars

In the world of black hole data mines

We are the blooper reels

In the eyes of uncaring surveillance

Give the AI 24 hours

It will shame us all into silence

With 8k accusations in 60 fps

- Of Infinity On a Shelf -

The Bell of the Worn Oak Door

Harmonized with the Calico

On the counter

I knew it to be a far larger being

This small fluffy glamour effective for the setting

New England February got shooed out the door

As it swung closed by itself

There was naught but

Edith Piaf

Hues of Caramel

And The smell of The multiverse

It holds me close

Something about it makes my shoulders soften

It makes me wish I could slip my shoes off

And live amongst these stacks

It holds me fast

In defiance of the worlds rigid everything

I would give this to each and everyone of you

If I had a magic spell to cast

~ Getting Older~

Scrutinizing he who stares back

I see wolves I knew

All who roared

Louder

With slowly wasting throats

As their fangs fell from them

Before they wandered into the silken wilderness

Yet the growl that rises in my mouth

Declares that such shall not befall me

~ Give you~

Your eyes speak of a thirst for my blood

Your finger undo the buckle with deft balletic whim

Your lips quiver in hopes they shall be attended

Your knees tremble at the knowledge of what you shall receive

Your everything lacks the fire that should roll through you

Your body knows where to find it

~24 carat indentations~

I fear, my dear, that delicate chain cannot withstand us.

It’s links to gentle

It’s clasp to temporary

It’s upon your neck to relaxed

I shall strive to allow it to remain upon your neck

Using only one finger to tug at it

Drawing you close

Within our lusty simplicity

We both know

It shall be the only thing I leave pressed against your skin

With the exception of myself

For the foreseeable days

~ Of two minds about you ~

I shall handle you as one needs to be conquered

I would suckle upon your sweetest secrets, like the forbidden fruits that would mean to hell

I must take as much of you within my hands and hold it firm until my fingers ache from strain

I must offer up silent, exaltations with a tongue that would not slow until it went numb, and fell back into my mouth still craving more nectar

I would leave pale impressions of my fingers upon your hips as you collapse shuttering to the silks beneath you

I shall descend upon you like night and comfort you with the soft graces of my delicate hands punctuated by little slips of the devil that linger in my muscles, the tease the desires that yet to be active upon

Rude ….
