Hellfire Halberd

Weapon (halberd), very rare (requires attunement)

Etched with runes that flicker with an internal fire. Its wickedly sharp blade is wreathed in ever-dancing flames that give off intense heat, casting eerie shadows. It seems to be a solidified piece of hellfire, crackling with intense heat that promises agony.

You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

The weapon deals an additional 1d8 fire damage on a hit.

The halberd has 3 charges. As a reaction to being hit by a melee attack, you can expend one charge to cast the hellish rebuke spell at 5th level (spell save DC 15), directing infernal flames at the attacker. Alternatively, if hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to expend one charge and cast fireball as a 3rd-level spell (spell save DC 15) centered on yourself without taking damage, as the flames harmlessly roll over you but scorch others in the area. The halberd regains all expended charges daily at dawn.

Infernal Sigil

Wondrous item (tattoo), rare (requires attunement)

This tattoo, produced by a needle enchanted with infernal magic, appears on your skin as a design of your choosing. It may manifest as a small, simple icon or an elaborate, fiery pattern that writhes across your skin like living flame.

Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this tattoo, you must hold the enchanted needle against your skin where you wish the tattoo to take form, focusing your will through the attunement process. Upon completion, the needle dissolves into a magical ink to become the permanent tattoo.

Should your attunement to the tattoo end, the design fades away, leaving behind the enchanted needle.

Fluid Ink. As a bonus action, you can alter the tattoo's color, shape, and design, moving it to any area of your skin. It can be as small as a copper coin or as expansive as to cover your entire body, but it will always retain the distinct appearance of a tattoo.

Infernal Aspect. As an action, you can activate the tattoo’s unique ability to embody an aspect of the infernal realms. For the next hour, your eyes glow with a smoldering ember-like luminescence, and you exude an aura of subtle heat and brimstone. During this time, you gain advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks and Charisma (Persuasion) checks when interacting with fiends.

2 Set Bonus

The Hellfire Halberd gains an additional 2 charges, for a total of 5 charges. The halberd still regains all expended charges daily at dawn. Additionally, you gain resistance to fire damage while attuned to both items.
