🐉💚🪓Mindsplitter, as it is ominously dubbed by those few who dare to speak its name, is a rare and enigmatic battleaxe, renowned less for its physical form and more for the sorrowful echoes that reverberate from its ghastly, pulsating aura. Some bards, their faces pallid and voices barely above a tremulous whisper, recount the haunting tales of betrayed kin, a pact sealed with the spectral essence of a once-noble emerald dragon.

It is said that the entity within this weapon is as shattered as the heart from which it was born, its blade cleaved through the very soul of the dragon, forging an eternal bond of anguish and vengeance. The vivid, serpentine green that writhes amidst the dark, abyssal metal of the blade speaks of a psychic tempest, a silent storm that seethes with every whispered roar emanating from the haunting depths of the axe.

The lament of the emerald wyrm resonates through Mindsplitter's very being, where tales of friendship, alliance, betrayal, and unspeakable loss are endlessly retold, a warning and a curse to those who dare to wield it. 🐉💚🪓

Chaotic Mind. The first time you hit a target with Mindsplitter, it must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or be confused for 1 minute. During this time, it can't concentrate, has disadvantage on attacks and ability checks, and must roll a d4 at the start of its turns to determine its behavior: 1) Does nothing, 2-3) Attacks randomly, 4) Acts normally. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
