The Ghost in the Shell franchise started as a manga by Masamune Shirou back in '89 and is considered to be one of the sci-fi genre's defining works. The main character is a cyborg and the animated movie has a heavy focus on metaphysical questions like "do we have a soul?" and "where is it?" kind of thing. The anime series Stand Alone Complex (S.A.C) which these openings are for is more action focused but still centre around the main character who leads a cybercrime/counter-terrorism police force. It's definitely well worth a watch, I don't know if it's streaming anywhere though, S.A.C. started in 2002 iirc.

Moin Gaz ;) Ghost in the Shell is a very old anime and sadly very hard to find in the streaming platforms. Its in my TOP 10 ;) There is a version with Scarlet Johanson as "the Major". But it failed, sadly. BUT its worth to see it so you can understand that universe. Humans still exist and are upgraded with electronic / electric parts ( if they can afford to buy those things ) and they have permanent access to the internet kinda. Some scenes are almost 100% like the anime. I think of the creation of "the Major". Feel free to ask for more info. CYA ;)
