She's supposed to be Sabrina's age or thereabouts (late 20s/early 30s I'm guessing at this point). Unless EWS/MBR have stated she is infertile or otherwise incapable of being pregnant, there's always that *possibility* in the strip at some point if they so choose to.

Considering the hard childhood she had, having to practically raise her siblings herself . . . I'd say having the chance to be part of a real loving family is something she'd yearned for . . . getting the chance to be better than her own parents ever were.
