Hurra!! The icing on an already amazing weekend.🌞🍹 We've been blessed with a taste of summer in Norway the past week. Colder weather with rain and sleet is forecast for tomorrow, so it'll be nice to have your videos to make that bearable!! 🤗♥️

Diane Furlong

Good morning from NY It’s 6:40 AM here, I guess I’m gonna have my breakfast with y’all. That’s a good thing, Guys. Thanks

Lonely_viking

This is probably my favourite episode out of all 4 seasons of skam (episode 6 is a close second) i just adore Isak and his friends, their friendship is my favourite part of season 3 (other than my darling Eskild)

Kim Engel

Loved this 💜

Sara Nissen

Yeah you are getting towards the end but you still have 3 episodes left, and I can't wait for you to watch episode 8 next week, it's one of my favorite episodes of the season. I love that the boys know now and supports him, and the reaction to it was funny and sweet. 😆 Isak has such good friends, so glad he opened up to them, instead of shutting them out. Yes a conversation/disgussion between Eskild and Jonas would be epic, and I think, I could watch a whole episode of that 😆

xbujorx

"shut up you genetic dead-end!" haha. i literally lolled. not sure if you noticed that Sana saw that text from Vilde on Isak's phone. i CANNOT WAIT for your reactions to the next 2 episodes!!

Diane Furlong

Ooh that was good!!! Even definitely has an alluring gaze that could melt one’s heart. The mass exodus out of the back door was so supportive but hilarious! Thanks Josh and Alex for another uncut episode.

Oh, just wait. It's definitely not resolved!

Dani

Loved the use of the Romeo + Juliet soundtrack again as Isak was shooing the boys out the back door. And we do get a clue to Even’s sexuality, in some social media linked to Season 4. I’ll leave that until we know if the boys are reacting to season 4 or not, explaining where to find this info may be a spoiler.

xbujorx

pretty sure it's in the show itself too, in s4 - last episode

MauMau

Really enjoy your reactions so much. Yeah, Magnus (blondie) suffers from chronic foot in mouth syndrome. He doesn’t mean to be rude he’s just has little to no filter. That pregame kitchen talk with Jonas dishing out advice is one of my favorite scenes too. And the way they break the built up tension with him kicking them out is genius. Yeah, really looking forward to the next episode.

Heidi D

No spoilers, but “honey, you got a big storm coming!” 😜

Laura Ibarra

Great reaction and the kitchen table scene is one of my favorite. Up to this point, after episode 1 when he says he would hook up with Emma, the conversations have all been from the boys talking about girls. The way they ask him questions and are genuinely curious about what’s going on with Isak and Even is so great! And him kicking them out, the best! Haha

xbujorx

it's not out the window :) it's another door to the apartment. a relic of older not so golden times when people had servants, and places had a 'servants' entrance' etc., apparently lots of buildings in oslo have apartments with back doors to this day

Diane Furlong

@xbujorx sorry it was difficult to see and it appeared to be a window. I understand about substandard servant’s quarters having toured some old plantations here in the southern part of the United States.

xbujorx

i guess so but if they were called 'servants quarters' on the plantations it was definitely a euphemism for slave quarters

xbujorx

ok i think it's pretty important to not use euphemisms when it comes to that

Mariah Daley

Great reaction as always! Thank you for noticing that Magnus’ rude question was coming from a place of genuine curiosity (and ignorance) rather than maliciousness. He just learned that there is a whole other side to his good friend that he knows very little about. Rather than rejecting him or staying put in his ignorance, he is trying to learn, even if he doesn’t know the best way to ask about it. I think that is SO important. I love that this show provides such good representation, not just of LGBTQ characters, but also representation of healthy friendships that allow for kids to be imperfect and also shows how they can grow. That’s something that you almost never see in mainstream teen dramas. Oh, and by the way, the Norwegian word for 6 is “sex”. Pronounced exactly how you would think 😉

I have said previously that I am not a fan of SKAM, but I am very much a fan of your reactions and this one, as usual, didn’t disappoint. Thanks, guys. ❤️ Heidi D is right. You’re both in for yet more that you’re not expecting .😬😧

Gimsan

I love Isak's friends. The way they help him with his texts to Even - so cute! Magnus (the blonde one) doesn't always think before he speaks but his heart is in the right place. Can't wait for your reaction to episode 8!

Milana Smile

the scene with isak‘s friends, the talk and the way they were getting thrown out, is one of my favorite scenes. loved your reaction and can‘t wait for the next episodes!

David Gadd

Thanks again for your insightful and deeply felt responses to this series. You are rooting for Isak to find his way, and it shows on both your faces. Such big issues of identity formation are happening in all of these series (SKAM, Young Royals, Heartstopper, Love Simon/Victor), and "the friend group" plays such a huge part in each of them: they help transform the protagonist from alienated to integrated. So seeing Isak's high school friend group being so supportive, if awkward, at this age, is wonderful. • Isak asks for dating advice and gets it (Jonas: "no, no! 'Just chillin'. NO FEELINGS!") • Isak feels safe enough again to land a perfect insult in response to Magnus' stupid but sincere question • Isak visibly relaxes with them. He fully lets them back in. They are his wingmen again. No matter what happens, they've got his back.

annanas

Your reactions are the best! <3 Also wanna say I don't think there is one character that I don't like in skam.. they are all so very human, and at one point or another they all get the chance to show their real colors, or reveal their own struggles..

Mads

You said finale next but it's a 10 episode show, so see ya for three more!

snallahej

FACTS!!! And I’m going to beg that they watch and pay attention to the “previously on” clips at the beginning from here on out. Crucial!

snallahej

Thanks for the video guys. Please, please pay attention to the “previously on” recaps at the beginning of the remaining episodes. They’re very helpful for contextualizing the episode. Important!

Crystal Pritchard

I really need episode 8 already!!! I’m so excited to see your reaction

Stephen Young

The next three episodes are going to be a wild ride. Get ready and definitely pay attention to the recaps as it will put some actions that maybe didn't make sense into perspective as things are revealed.

Gimsan

"Leave it!" "Put it down!" "Leave it!" "Put it down!" 😆

Ryan Walter

I liked this episode. I can see this time around, the links to Baz Luhrmann's Romeo and Juliet with Local God by Everclear from the Romeo and Juliet Soundtrack playing as the lads are being hurried out the back door.

Mads

I've watched this entire show, and the curly haired mature guru friend is a main character of season 1. Jonas, he actually is one of my favs throughout.

JustinThyme

Great video! I really enjoyed this episode. I liked how all of his friends accepted him very quickly and were trying to help him. Can’t wait to see what happens next. Oh and the pre-show career talk and the post show banter were awesome. Thanks for the laughs!!😄😂

Aeneas

Love how you're rooting for the school locker, like many of the fans did back in the day. Just like many of us were on the edge of our seats wether Isak would ever change his bed linens. Regarding "Miss Nipps": SKAM focuses deliberately on the teens. Almost all adults are either not the focus of the shot or faceless extras. The audience isn't supposed to engage with them. (Which somewhat backfired with her.) One of the notable exceptions is the school nurse Dr. Skrulle (as fans fondly named her, "skrulle" meaning "freak/queer"). But her seriousness as an adult is deemphasised through her wackiness, her girly, Pippi Longstocking style braids and the sex ed dildo that always sits on her desk. She gets to have a personality, because her advise is important and viewers are supposed to engage.

Bernadette Sweeney

As a teacher, the POV of the students to the teachers has made me consider what students are actually looking at! If they are looking straight ahead, that really is their POV!!!

the bit about never understanding how it feels when someone comes out to you - probably the closest would be if you have trans friends! in terms of being trusted with that information as someone not also having that identity. i'm queer and trans and while coming out to other queer people is certainly easier, it's still not simple, particularly if the person has strongly identified you as someone with the same identity as them up to that point.
