It's part of the new patreon version of the drug mod, but I think it may be an independent set of settings. It allows to slow down eco footprint decay, set it as industrial, neutral or green, and freeze the footprint so it doesn't change. As a result there's the smog, etc. But no trash generation. I hope that helps :)

I just wanted to add that I'd love for them to work together, but I realize that may not be the top priority. I don't know how to make mods so I'm always grateful for those who make them and what they create! I can't live without the Last Exception Mod you make for example :D
