The brilliant Dr. Craig Lignelli wasn't only a psychiatrist, but he also had a Ph-D in engineering. He created a device that could adjust the personality of his patients. With this device, he could remove any malignant personality traits that his patient might have such as OCD and Major Depressive Disorder.

His patients' well-being was Dr. Lignelli's only concern. But his assistant wasn't as altruistic. She used the device on Dr. Lignelli and modified his personality to that of a young girl. Despite still being brilliant, the doctor's concerns now center upon playing with his stuffed animals, wearing pretty clothes, and building a swing in his living room.
