The first changes weren't noticeable to Jack.  His lips became fuller.  His face became rounder. His shoulders became less broad.  His hands became smaller making it harder to hold his Toblerone and the rest of his groceries. He didn't notice these changes at all. But when his fingernails became magically manicured (one of the least consequential changes), he started to suspect something was happening to him.  As soon as the hair under his baseball cap grew so long that it rained down to his shoulders, there wasn't any doubt. That is when he yelled, "What's going on?"

Jack dropped what he was holding and run out of the grocery store. Besides it being too late, the changes didn't stop when he left.  When the changes did stop, the only thing that remained of his old body was the penis between his legs. He wasn't sure if he should keep it though.
