Five-year-old Carlos was very confused after he exited the cave at the beach.  He had changed a lot in those few minutes.  He wasn't a little boy anymore.  When he exited, he wasn't a boy anymore and certainly wasn't little either.  He didn't have any way of knowing that he looked exactly like Mommy.
