Jedi Mandalore (Dylan)

Just watched Hocus Pocus last year and was so confused by the opening as I did not remember any of it. I realised that I was confusing this film with The Witches from 1990 based on the Roald Dahl book who of course wrote Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, and The Gremlins to name a few. The Witches I did watch and adored one of my favourite films but I also really enjoyed Hocus Pocus once i realised that this was my first time watching it, still prefer the Witches though. Highly recommend Gremlins 1984 even though it's more of a Christmas movie the film it does fall under the black comedy horror genre. For a more Halloween themed film The Witches 1990 is a great one along with Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. I guess people just like combining Halloween with Christmas. Edit: So Gremlins the film is kind of inspired by Roald Dahl's book The Gremlins but the film is very different so not much connections besides the name. Also Steven Spielberg was the film's executive producer, did not direct though but still cool that Spielberg was apart of the film.
