September 9, inking (Patreon)

Inked two more pages, so that's three done out of five. If I hadn't had a doctor's appointment, I probably could have gotten all of them done. Harroo. 

But anyway. Aw yeh, gunna get this comic inked before Thursday, fo sho. (Friday I'm leaving at 7am to fly across the country for a wedding in New York) Once again, Matt's covering coloring duties for this comic so that it gets done on time. 

Ever since I got back from my trip, I've really enjoyed drawing the comic. I don't think I'm the best or anything, but I've been drawing to the best of my abilities and I feel like I'm improving. It feels real nice. 

Tomorrow I'm gunna go talk live on the radio about Sarah Mirk's new book (Sex From Scratch, she interviewed me for a part in it) and I'll be talking about the very, very light form of non-monogamy that Matt and I enjoy. Which is the occasional threesome. Hardly anything groundbreaking. Even though we've been doing this for four years, it's only since Mirk asked to interview me last year that Matt and I decided to talk about this aspect of our life publicly-- and even then, it's just in the last month, since the book released, that I've made any public mention of it (first on Sex Nerd Sandra's podcast and then my threesome comic a couple weeks ago) So this is still a subject I feel a bit vulnerable and nervous discussing, even if it's about as tame as you can go in the realm of non-monogamy.
