Alright, this next series is going to be very different from the usual. I've spent the last 3 years teaching very technical skills in hopes of saving people minutes or hours of time - But, there is a WHOLE set of soft-skills that I feel took me many years to learn that are in some ways more important than the small technical ones.

So, this month, I'd like to cover some of the more difficult 'lessons-learned' that are more applicable across all projects regardless of software. I know some of you have your own projects and in some cases your own team. As someone who's directed multiple projects at this point, there are a number of quick tips I'd like to share before we get to Unreal. These are lessons I learned over the span of many years, and are things I really wish I knew ahead of time.

I'll talk more about over the next few days, but in the meanwhile, I'll be in the background scrambling to learn everything I can about improving my photo-realism techniques for new character designs. Either way, I'll see ya in the next vid!!!
