Wow, I didn't even realize today was the 1st. Time is blurring for me lately. I'm missed my meds more often. My intrusive thoughts are kicking my ass. I'm sorry for any content I've missed.

Maybe it's time to start up prints again? I had stopped with all the mail issues. Maybe that is fine again.
